Terms of Use

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, users, and guests who access our services. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for every member of that group.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe on the rights of others.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.
• Submit false reservation details or a payment confirmation image that does not correspond to a genuine transfer.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or reservation records.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website, including automated or bulk booking attempts.
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users without consent.

• Reservations are subject to availability at the venue you select. Availability shown on the website is indicative and is confirmed only once your booking code has been issued.
• After you choose a time slot, we hold your table for 15 minutes while you complete your details and deposit. If the hold expires, the slot is released and you will need to start again.
• Guests are expected to arrive within 15 minutes of the reserved time. Late arrivals may result in the table being released, with the deposit treated as described in Section 4.
• A table seats approximately 4–6 guests; our staff will arrange seating to suit the size of your party.
• For groups of 50 or more, please contact our hotline directly so we can arrange suitable space rather than booking online.
• We reserve the right to cancel or relocate reservations in cases of force majeure, operational constraints, or suspected abuse of the booking system.

Every online reservation requires a deposit at the time of booking. The amount varies according to the size of your party, the venue you select, the date, and any set menu or add-ons you pre-order — peak evenings, public holidays, and special occasions may carry a higher deposit. The exact amount that applies to your booking is displayed on screen before you pay, and is deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit.

Deposits are paid by bank transfer using the QR code shown at checkout. Your booking is confirmed once you have uploaded a clear image of the transfer confirmation and our team has verified it. Please keep your original transfer receipt until your visit is complete.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reserved time are refunded in full.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, and no-shows, may forfeit the deposit.
• Pre-ordered set menus, cakes, and flowers may be non-refundable once prepared.
• Approved refunds are returned to the originating bank account within 5–7 business days.

Solarita Cruise, La Filante Mini Yacht, and Lunaria Cruise operate on the Saigon River and are subject to additional conditions:

• Please arrive at the pier at least 20 minutes before departure. Vessels depart on schedule and cannot return for late guests.
• Departures may be delayed, rerouted, or cancelled due to weather, water levels, river traffic, or instructions from the waterway authority. Safety decisions rest with the vessel captain and are final.
• If we cancel a cruise for safety reasons, you may transfer your booking to another date or venue, or receive a full refund of your deposit.
• Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the crew and must not sit or climb on railings.
• For the safety of all passengers, we may decline boarding to guests who appear heavily intoxicated.
• Children on board must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

We want every guest to enjoy their evening. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave in cases of abusive behaviour towards staff or other guests, damage to property, or conduct that endangers safety. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over, and we may request identification. Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted; please contact us in advance regarding celebration cakes or special bottles.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Mars Venus provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Availability counts, suggested time slots, and images shown on this site are indicative and may differ from actual conditions at the venue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mars Venus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Vietnamese law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. The terms in force at the time you make a reservation are the terms that apply to that reservation.
