• Reservation Details – the venue you selected, date and time, number of guests, occasion type (for example, a romantic dinner or birthday celebration), and any notes you leave for our staff.
• Deposit and Payment Records – your booking code, the deposit amount due, and the payment confirmation image you upload after making a bank transfer. We never receive or store your full card number, banking password, or OTP.
• Usage Data – IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on our site, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
• Communications – messages you send us by phone, through our fanpages, or via customer support channels.

• To hold your table, confirm your reservation, and issue your booking code.
• To verify the deposit you have transferred against your reservation.
• To let you look up your reservation later using your phone number or booking code.
• To contact you if the details of your booking change — for example, if a cruise departure is delayed by weather.
• To prepare for special requests, dietary requirements, and occasions you have told us about.
• To improve our website, services, and dining experience.
• To send promotional offers, where you have opted in.
• To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraudulent bookings.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only where it is necessary to operate our reservation service, and only with parties bound by confidentiality obligations:

• Our venue teams – reservation details are sent to the staff of the specific venue you booked, including via internal messaging tools used to alert our reservations desk in real time.
• Cloud hosting and storage providers – our website, reservation database, and uploaded payment confirmation images are hosted on secure third-party infrastructure.
• Banking partners – deposits are transferred directly to our corporate bank account. Your bank, not Mars Venus, processes the transaction.
• Analytics providers – aggregated, non-identifying data about how our site is used.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or competent authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of Mars Venus, our guests, and our staff.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our site. Your seating and menu selections are also stored temporarily in your browser so you do not lose them while completing a booking. For more details, please refer to our Cookies and Interest-Based Ads policy.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Reservation records and booking codes are typically retained for up to 3 years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Payment confirmation images are retained for up to 12 months after the reservation date, after which they are deleted.

Under Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP and other applicable laws, you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your personal data is processed.
• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or request that we restrict certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to reservation records is limited to staff who need it to serve you. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Mars Venus will never call or message you to ask for your banking password, OTP, or card verification code. If you receive such a request, it is not from us — please report it to our hotline immediately.

Our reservation service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Children are warmly welcome at our venues when accompanied by a parent or guardian, but the booking itself must be made by an adult. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
